At Zentasopic, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and terms to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
- All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military and diplomatic personnel.
- U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Note: At this time, we do not provide international shipping.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
We provide multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
- Cost: Free for orders over $50; otherwise, a flat rate of $5.
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
- Cost: $15 per order.
Overnight Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1 business day.
- Cost: $25 per order.
- Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to qualify for next-day delivery.
Please Note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your selected shipping method and displayed at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us immediately for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will work to resolve any issues promptly, including replacements or refunds as applicable.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or carrier delays, may impact delivery timelines. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.
